piok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus on piok. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. piok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification is not satisfactorily completed. Accounts that cannot verify age eligibility will not be granted access to withdrawals, and any funds held in such accounts will be managed in accordance with applicable law.

2Jurisdiction

The Platform is intended for use by persons who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the country, state, or territory from which you are accessing it. piok does not warrant or guarantee the legality of accessing or using the Platform from any particular jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the applicable laws in your location, we recommend consulting legal counsel before using the Platform.

3Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on piok. Accounts must be registered in your own legal name and with accurate personal details. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, please contact piok customer support immediately.

1Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. If any information you provide changes (for example, your contact number or payment method), you must update your account details promptly. piok reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate, false, or misleading information has been provided and to withhold any balance pending identity verification.

2Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. piok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify piok customer support immediately.

3KYC Verification

piok is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) and may require proof of payment method ownership. Until KYC is successfully completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed. piok reserves the right to request additional documents at any stage if deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4Account Closure

You may request closure of your piok account at any time by contacting customer support. piok will process your closure request and return any verified balance held in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) to your registered payment method. piok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion for breaches of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the Platform, and to withhold balances pending investigation in such cases.

1Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of payment. piok does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. piok reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if the source of funds cannot be verified.

2Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the method used for your most recent deposit, or to your primary registered payment method. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. piok processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of the Platform. piok reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, or compliance verification. No interest is payable on funds held in your piok balance.

3Currency and Conversion

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagers, bonus amounts, and payouts are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied between a deposit and the resulting account credit, and no conversion fee is charged by piok on deposits or withdrawals processed in BDT. If your payment provider applies a conversion fee or exchange rate differential, that is a matter between you and your payment provider and is outside piok's control.

1Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by piok are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements), which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Players should review these requirements before claiming any bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

2Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. piok reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus and to decline bonus claims where the eligibility criteria have not been met. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

3Bonus Abuse

piok operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using bonus funds in a manner that circumvents the intended wagering requirement (for example through low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns); coordinating with other players to abuse promotions; or providing false information to claim a bonus. If piok determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, piok reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void related winnings, and close the account.

1Fraud and Money Laundering

Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using stolen payment credentials, is strictly prohibited. piok complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be suspended immediately and balances held pending investigation.

2Manipulation and Cheating

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through any technical exploit, software manipulation, collusion with other players, abuse of promotional mechanics, or exploitation of game or system errors is strictly prohibited. If a game or transaction is made in error (including technical errors that result in an incorrect payout), piok reserves the right to void the affected wager or transaction and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have been withdrawn.

3Unauthorised Access

Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, piok's back-end systems, or any part of the Platform that is not intended for general user access is strictly prohibited. You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other software to access or interact with the Platform in a way that is not expressly permitted. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

1Platform Availability

piok does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects. The Platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, and access may be interrupted by factors outside piok's reasonable control including internet service disruption, third-party system failures, or force majeure events. piok will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable in the event of any interruption.

2Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and game content, is the property of piok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from piok.
